Central to the Project’s continued success is the production of empirical data. Information is produced routinely and within stringent processes to ensure the rigour and validity of our research.
Service audits aim to monitor and improve service delivery. Monthly feedback sessions between the Project Coordinator and on-site Mental Health Officer ensure that all services are monitored.
The data is cleaned, entered into a database and analysed for trends.
Monthly statistics are produced to track progress according to screening coverage, counselling and referral objectives.
Alarming trends, such as defaulting clients who may have high risk factors for mental distress, are tracked to ensure optimum care for at-risk women.
Periodic independent evaluations are conducted on service impact, efficacy, relevance and efficiency.
